How in the hell can you get that e7 for $240??

Plus, you're comparing a single cpu to two cpus plus, the e7 is 4 years newer (newer architecture, ivybridge (e7) vs Westmere)

It's used you can found it in price between (200-800)usd$.

Whatever the case maybe, you're comparing dual CPUs which are 6-core processors, 4 years older, 2 gen behind in terms of architecture, has a TDP of 130w EACH to something that's 12-core, ivy-bridge, only has a 130w tdp etc.
