Windows 10 Task manager bug

Hello community,

There is a bug with the windows task manager, searched for it on the internet but haven't found it so i'm writing here in hope you can help me.

When i open the task manager, i see that it shows the wrong speed of the cpu, even though it cannot reach that.

There is a picture below displaying what i see in Task manager. The cpu is overclocked to the max turbo frequency on one core 4.3 GHz and 4 cores 4.1 GHz. It's clearly displaying a value it cannot have.

My cpu was running @ 5.3GHz its rigged use cpu-z

I used to run 6 or 6.1 24/7, its fine.

Yesterday the Task Manager said my CPU was running at 2.7Ghz. Today it says 3.37Ghz. I wouldn't rely on that for much more than making sure you don't have any dead pixels...

After checking with other programs, seems that the Task manager is showing invalid data, cpu running at max 4.3GHz.
