Hello,

 

I recently acquired a Cintiq 13HD drawing tablet. After installing the drivers and turning the PC off, I connect the the tablet to the PC via HDMI and USB and then plug the ac adaptor into the wall socket. When I try to boot up the computer it gives me an error "USB Device Over Current Status Detected PC Will Shut Down in 15 seconds". I dont know what to do and Im still waiting on their Customer Support to contact me.
