HD6950 2GB VS GTX660 2GB

Right now I got a HD6950 2GB and I can get a used GTX660 2GB from a friend, would it be better then the HD6950

(The 660 would be better for video rendering right?)

Depending on the price, I'd definitely get the GTX660. Keep in mind, the Radeon 6950 is no longer supported by AMD for future driver support, and nVidia is continuing the support of the GTX660. I'd say $70 would be a fair price for a Used GTX660 at this time.  Not to mention that nVidia does have some nice software features like Gamestream(Stream games to a Shield device) , Shadowplay (Capture and stream game content) and their game optimization, which has worked very nice for me.

Also they do handle video rendering  better to right? And the drivers are not working to good any more, 60FPS video off my camera don't play back the best.
