Tools to test your build (prime95, heaven, etc)?

Hi,

I remember Linus mentioned a checklist for things he generally recommends to do after doing a new build.

I believe he talked about running prime95 / heaven.

I been looking for something to test my SSDs and Hard Drives.

Backstory:

My new build was great for a few weeks but then started blue screening without any useful logs / error messages.

Long story short, I had to clean install.

Windows 10 kept refusing to reinstall on my SSD when I had my hard drive also plugged in.

Finally I decided to put my Hard drive on an old external enclosure I had... which works for now but it makes me a little skeptical. I did buy a pretty cheap motherboard... so maybe it just came defective.
