My computer keeps crashing

I have an hp envy all in one with windows 10, (I didn't choose to buy it), but anyways, it was bought in october of 2014. This week it had started consistently crashing. After about 5 minutes of turning it on and using it for things like browsing the web, it crashes, and takes around 7 minutes to turn on again. The second time it works fine, but say I stop using the computer for an hour and come back, it will crash again. What do you suggest I do?

By crashing, do you mean:

1. A BSOD

2. When things are not responding (Called a hang)

3. A random shutdown.

I had a similar issue with my laptop. Fresh installed windows and it works fine now. However this might not be the optimal fix.

That's the windows 10 BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death, the name isn't that appropriate IMHO).

I tried to get it to do the BSOD right now and instead of HAL_INITIALIZATION_FAILED it says DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
