the only "ultrabook gaming laptop" out there is the razar blade and thats like $2000. if you want gaming and performance you'll have to sacrifice battery life and weight. my MSI GE Apache 276 weighs 5 pounds and its battery life is 2 hours on just surfing the web. plus gaming laptops run HOT and LOUD because of a higher TDP CPU. like for example the MSI GE62 Apache 276 has the i7 5700HQ CPU. 4 cores 8 threads but with a TDP of 47w. Thats almost half the TDP of a typical desktop CPU in a very small form factor.

The laptops are good, they use Clevo chassis for all their laptops, in which the build quality is good. I cannot tell you much about the customer support, as I have never bought from them before, I always get my laptop from my local Clevo reseller.
