What case is this!?

Soooo my friend is wondering what his case is.He got it custom built by some one a few years ago,apparently he has to run a external fan on the outside to keep the system from overheating!!!!!The front on the case it says VENTO A9. That seems to be all the it says on the case,seems to be no info online about it either.Any one have any ideas?[ATTACH=CONFIG]n3789[/ATTACH]
