i5-4460

8GB RAM

About 300w PSU

1TB HDD

R7 240 (at this moment)

Then you can add a 750ti or lower with out a psu upgrade but your cpu can handle pretty much any gpu with a psu upgrade.

u can overclock without a power supply change.
Just get a 750ti with no aux power requirement.

If you get a new psu, sure u can use better gpu than 750ti. but even with the current u can already overclock the 750ti.

Well if you would get a 500-650w now you wouldn't need to upgrade soon.

Ok, thanks for the help. I will probably upgrade to a 450w and a 750ti

ps. TORILLE xD

i would not recommend a 450w, there no point as newer gpu can get quite demanding.
a good 450w is ok. but a decent 500-550w might be cheaper.
this way u can alteast "future proof" urself up to the likes of r9 290/390 or gtx980ti

if you are on a budget, there really no point upgrading the psu just for the 750ti.
if u are goint to get the 750ti, just get it alone. and wait till u need to upgrade again. u wont get any extra benefit from upgrading now

Before you upgrade your power supply, make sure the 20/24-pin power connector on your motherboard has standard wiring, not proprietary. If it's nonstandard, you can't use a standard PSU, and you're stuck with what you have.

With an i5 4440 you can go as far as an R9 390, depending on your budget.

i5 12600KF | Zotac RTX 4080 Gaming trinity | Team Vulcan 2x16GB DDR4 3600 | ASRock Z690M-ITX/ac | WD Black SN850x 2TB

Cooler Master NR200P v2 | ID Cooling Zoomflow 280 XT | SeaSonic Focus SGX-750 | Thermalright 2x140mm + 2x120mm aRGB

LG C2 OLED 48" 120hz | Epomaker TH80 (Gateron Yellow) | Logitech MX Master 3 | Koss Porta Pro Comm

The strix 960 is a pretty short card. You could spend all of your money to a R9 Nano

maybe u get short itx cards if ur woried. a 550w will be enough for any single gpu card.

the exact model of the psu u currently have should be  FSP28050EPA from FSP.
its a standard ATX.

Does that mean that the PSU is a standard PSU? i was said earlier here that you cant upgrade a non-standard PSU.

Don't buy a CX psu. Get a xfx or a seasonic.
