I was playing my computer as usual, and when I turned it on this morning, my computer won't let me connect to the internet! It said I have connection, I can play CSGO Competitive with internet, but I can't browse, can't update my games, worst of all, It only happens at my PC, and the other devices like my Xperia Z, iPad, and 6S can use the wifi fine.

I tried everything but it can't work. I tried using ipconfig but the computer said ipconfig cant run and shows me a 0xc0000906 error. And when I tried to use tcpip ipv4, properties are greyed out. Cant use netsh without making errors and cant use ping www.google.com

Help ME!! (win 7 32-bit)

I have a similar problem with windows 10 when I first upgraded and again with a major update. Open command prompt and type the command " netsh winsock reset ". Restart your computer and see if that helps.

If you're using avast or AVs, it may apply to you: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-files/error-0xc0000906-when-trying-to-run-exe-files/8e9c1caa-4aee-45cf-9143-45f2c47d2a7a?db=5&auth=1

If it's corrupted OS, either follow this one or re-install windows.

What Antivirus do you have? How did you uninstall it? Sometimes you have to run the clean up program. Also, any symptoms of malware before this all started?

Last, try a clean boot. This will make sure no 3rd party apps are blocking anything. After your done troubleshooting, just reverse the process to turn it back on.

Sounds like it can't find the IPv4 protocal. Check your NIC drivers. Windows Key + R > devmgmt.msc > Network Adapter > Double click your network adapter. Go to the Driver tab, and try "update driver". Then Windows Key + R > NPCA.CPL and right click on your Local Area connection and click Properties. Make sure you it looks like this.

So you can play CSGO but can't download? Can atleast see which driver you are running? Can you check your internet connection properties? Sounds like something is blocking TCP but not UDP. The error isn't a internet error, but a error you get when you are unable to open a program. There is a windows program that makes TCP/IP work correctly and sounds like yours is corrupted. If nothing else works, I would suggest a Windows repair or backup revert.  This is also a possibility it is malware, so keep a eye open for that.
