Worried about my pc

Hello everyone, im really worried about my pc and i dont know what exactly is the problem even it's a little bit hard to explain, but i will try.
So the problem guys most times happen when i am in game, but also happen when i just surfing in internet so while i just do something on my pc and someone from my hardware components start making noise sometimes even i heard something like bzzzz and my monitor says power saving mode but pc still running + this strange sound.But i try to turn on monitor from the button or even from the cable(out and put back), but dont work only work when i restart my pc.
Other one is for 2-3 times my monitor was blue screen idk what type there becouse it goes for 2-3sec only.And last thing i been also seeing this message for 2-3 times http://prntscr.com/9znctl . I dont know if these problems are connected each other or not but i getting scary for my pc.
My monitor is LG Flatron Wide M228WA - BZ 
I will put screenshots of mine other components and if you need some more info i will give.
P.S. Sorry for my bad english i hope you understand me and can help me.And sorry if it is not in right thread, but idk is that hardware,video or display problem or all of them..
P.S.2. I've been using this monitor before on other pc and i had that power saving mode problem too but maybe like 5 times in couple of months, but now some days i get it 5 time per day sometimes i did not get it for a 4-5 days.
Guys i just run my pc with open box and see that  ... can be that repaired and what about other errors.

I just run pc with open box and see that only one video cooler working :/

Do you have all your drivers updated?(especially graphics or monitor)

Yes my graphic card drivers are updated but idk for monitor how to chek / see what i need and download ?

Ok when i go to update monitor drivers from monitor properties then click browse online it is say my monitor drivers are up to date.But i have no disc or something like that to install manualy

Do you have a battle.net account? And is there any specific program or game that you have installed recently?

No i dont have battle net , i have csgo , farcry4 , payday 2 specific program hmm i dont think so i was reintall windows with full clear like 2-3 times and i still have that problems with the hardware sound like bzzz and power saving mode on but to be fair i didnt remember to get that cnet error while i was with win 10/8.1 now im with win 7 
Btw can be that bzzz sound be from video card cooler becouse only one working as you see on picture and maybe video get overheated and cooler just can do his work alone and for that to get power saving mode on?

That could be a possibility for the sound... download msi afterburner or any other software and find out your gpu temps..if you are unable to do it on your monitor then connect another monitor or maybe your tv and then see if the problem still persists. But I think the opengl error is due to software problem because opengl is a cross-platform api afterall

I do the test man idk how to get the result into log.file but i will show you with pictures.Btw when i minimaze game the picture to take the picture it is stop to make that sound but you will see they go high on results.
