Best laptop under $550 USD?

Just for watching videos, typing up essays, and some light gaming on low to med settings. Also I need at least 8 hours of battery. Preferably with windows 10 and new.

Dell makes some good Inspiron laptops with i5's at this price point.

The Lenovo Thinkpad T450 is $499 at Micro Center, and it's a really good deal for what you get

Specs are solid for the price but not  sure about build quality.
