Uplay username not changable?

Lets just say I have a unwanted username tied to my ubisoft account.. How do I change it? I login to my account and click the edit button like your supposed to but anytime I type a different name it just shows a red box.

Since its Ubisoft, i guess you can by a Namechange DLC for only 4.99$
