The issue has been reported to IPS, and will hopefully be fixed in an upcoming release.

The broken formatting should be fixed soon.

Insert a smiley, copy it, and keep slamming CTRL+V. Witness the bouncing of the "You copied with formatting" bar. Debounce that shit.

+ the bar looses formating after last bounce.
