Every apk is corrupt!!

II have a Ainol Novo 7 Paladin, the outdated android market doesn't work any more so I have to get apps via apks, every time I try to install that apk there is either a parsing error or my tablet says the apk is corrupt. I tried rooting it and it still doesn't work. BUT, the tablet has a file explorer that can extract zips and I have root access. Is there a way that I could get these apks to install?

Got an Android, never going back to apple again (notice I spelled apple with a lowercase and Android with an uppercase)

Why not flash the gapps and get a proper play store?

I don't know, I know for sure there is no play store on the play store xD
