Files are duplicating

files like game saves, backups, downloads are all duplicating into my music folder and it's getting annoying. How do I stop this?

The only program that is a player is VLC, and it's not only music, my GTA 5 files are being duplicated and it moves into the music folder(windows music folder) as well.
