Where to start when programming?

Udacity.com is actually quite good, you can get access to  all their paid nanodegree courses for free if you don't want the extra help from a proper professional, I get the free materials and the videos are really good - albeit very lacking when it comes to topics like C, C++ etc, but has really good courses on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java (for Android), Objective C or Swift (I can't remember which).
