RAM timings

Ok, so i have a set of 2x2 DDR2 800MHz CL6 ram and a set of CL5 ram. I want to use them together, but if i just put them in ofc the PC either failes to boot sometimes or drops my ram speed to 667MHz.

I did a bit of OCing on 775 boards, but those are easy, ram timings are tricky. A friend suggested using XMP, but the Asus P5QL PRO doesn't have XMP as far as i see, unless it's under a different name.

 

So, any suggestion for either setting the timings so they work together or for the XMP, since it should automatically adjust them to work together.
