yep, I'd add at least a 240 to the loop, other than that, I might switch out your serial waterloop config on the GPUs to a parallel config. other than that, maybe go hardline in you're into that sort of thing. Either way, it'll be a damn nice PC.

I was planning to build a PC with custom water cooling loops. Here are all the parts (Include water cooling equipment)

I had a loop panned and i was hoping that it would work

I would add another 240mm rad in the front to help the cards

Other then needing another Rad that should be fine.  You could get away with a 360 but I wouldn't suggest overclocking.

i'd add another rad to that loop for the Graphics cards, cause like this your CPU's gonna solid fine but for thouse GPUs specially the second one, not so much

that would allow for some overclocking, dependant upon the CPU. I run a 4790K and a 980Ti with a 360 & 240 Radiator and the GPU stays below 65C. The CPU gets hot (85), but that's because I'm using a pretty shit waterblock for like 2007. Water temps never top 40C

So would this allow for a mild overclock?

Drop that front drive bay out, and use 2x 360mm. I use a 360 for my 970s and then a 360+240 for my CPU (240 aint required but I have space). That should give you plenty of head room and allow you to have fans on medium speeds. As others have said go parallel or grab a parallel bridge from ek. Don't forget to add a drain at the lowest point
