CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-6700K 4.00GHZ 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1151 (Skylake)
CPU / Processor Cooling Fan: Deepcool Captain 360 360MM CPU Liquid Cooler (3 x Standard 120MM Fans)
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-PRO GAMING ATX w/ USB 3.1, 3 PCIe x16, 3 PCIe x1, 1 SATA Express, 4 SATA3, 1 Ultra M.2
RAM / System Memory: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4/2800MHz Dual Channel Memory (ADATA XPG Z1)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 (Maxwell) (Single Card)

So This pc is gonna be used for wow and just normal computer stuff nothing crazy I am not gonna over clock it at all my ? is should I go with the

Deepcool Captain 360 360MM CPU Liquid Cooler (3 x Standard 120MM Fans) or would the Cosair Hydro Series H60 High Performance 120MM Liquid Cooling KitCorsair Hydro Series H60 120mm Liquid CPU Cooling System w/ Copper Cold Plate  work just as well considering I'm not gonna over clock it

The i7 comes with a great stock cooler in my opinion. Are you sure you don't want to just go with that? Especially since you're not overclocking? :)

My ~$200 USD build:

AMD A8-7600    G. Skill Ripjaws Z @1800 CAS 8     EVGA 500w 80+ PSU    Gigabyte GAF2A68HM-DS2H Motherboard

The H60 would cool it just fine, but if you ever want the option down the road to overclock, I would get something bigger.

You don't necessarily have to use something as big as the deepcool 360, the kraken x61 or h100i would do just fine.

Yeah it would work of course. But I wouldn't go with it if you want to save a little money. But water-cooling always looks cool :D

If your not overclocking basically anything is fine, even a case full of junk.. should see what luke does in a new vid on case cooling.

Basically optimum is 1 - 2 intake and 1 - 2 exhaust. Anything more is basically redundant.

If your not dead set on AIO cooler, you'll get better and quieter performance per $ with an air cooler.

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P

If you're not overclocking, the stock heatsink is fine. That's what it was designed for. I'd put off spending on an aftermarket cooler for now if you're going to stay at stock speed and voltage, then get a nicer cooler when you are ready to OC.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

As long as they can provide some airflow through the case really any fans are ok, people have their preferences based on noise, or airflow, or size, or style, or brand loyalties, or whatever.. but as long as you're somewhere intaking cool air and somewhere else expelling warm air you have the basics covered.
