Hello! I'm a new builder and I'm basically trying to find a good case, not too expensive that has easy to learn cable management and all that. I don't really know how cable management works, and I'd love a case that helps the most with that and everything, and that will just give me the best building experience for a newbie :)

Most mid or full tower cases offer lots of space to really get cable management down. Any matx, mini itx case is hard to assemble in but is still ok. Depending on your budget, a corsair carbide spec 01 or 02 is cheap yet good case, a better option could be a fractal design define s, and if you have monkey to splurge, nzxt h440. But this is really down to personal preference.

Well, I'd say the 900D makes most builds pretty easy due to the size.  It's like parking a small car; you might pull in and think "oh I totally messed that up" but then you get out and realize there's 4 feet between you and every other vehicle :D

Problem is it's not exactly cheap...

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro because of the easy to use drive cages, the amazing cable management, preinstalled motherboard standoffs, screws that come in a nice case with dividers for different sizes, and not just jumbled together into a bag, and the expandability. I have  one myself and I have been recommending it to just about everyone who is asking for a good case. I built my first PC in it and it was incredibly easy.

The Enthoo Pro M is a little bit smaller and cheaper, and I assume it has all of the same features. HardwareCanucks did a video about it so take a look at that because I don't know how many differences there are between the Pro M and the Pro

Thermaltake Commander G42?

I had a friend who knew nothing about all, this built his own machine in that case. I adviced him to have his pc built in the shop or call me. But he built it all on his own.

I'm impressed. Its also working fine.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case

that seems like a good option, I kinda am looking at the define s right now because of the velcro ties (i think that's what you call it) and yeah.

Oh you said "im gonna have a full atx case" in an earlier comment but beside that I would go for the nzxt S340

https://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-cas340ww1

There are more colors than that just the price varies between the colors

I'm kinda on the verge between the s340 and the define s right now.. they both seem really good, I like the s340.. but what would be good for a non-modular power supply? I'm kinda scared because there's a PSU shroud on the s340

All the shroud does is hide the cables so you don't have to see them when its all together it doesn't make putting the PC together any harder :)

Hmm that's true.. so It's either the s340 or the define s.. and I'm really liking the white case

The Enthoo Pro M has velcro ties as well. The main difference is that the Enthoo Pro M has better airflow and the Define S is quieter.

It depends on whether you care more about silence or airflow. The Define S is a very quiet case, but the Pro M has much better airflow. Also just something to keep in mind, the Pro M has an optical drive bay, but the Define S has more 3.5 inch hard drive bays I believe

Uhh. No. Perhaps as shipped, but when you fill it out, there isn't another midtower on the market that can touch the airflow of the Define S. The closest one is the Mastercase Pro 5 and it's huge.

Honestly the Define S is probably the most beginner friendly case I have ever used, but most people just getting into computers probably should go matx instead.

He already has an ATX Motherboard, so it's too late for him to go mATX. Also, since he is a beginner, he isn't going to want to do a lot of modding on the case, so he will most likely be using it as shipped. Another thing to note is that the Enthoo Pro M has a PSU shroud so it would be better to hide the leftover cables from a non modular power sully, and he mentioned earlier that he wanted it to be good for a non modular PSU.
