Is My CPU Running To Hot?

Running a i7-4770k stock (I've never touched BIOS) w/ Corsair h100i(SP120 High Performance @1200rpm) getting avg 70c in AIDA65 with max 76c. Iv'e been wanting to overclock my cpu for a wile now but I feel like its running to hot on stock. 

 

(AC temp is 75F)

but if you OC you need a new cooler cant OC on stock coolers on the CPU

That is not too hot. It is just fine for your CPU.

Just wondering, what is your cooler?

Eh, that seems normal. The original Haswell chips are notoriously hot due to poor TIM

You should be good to go for overclocking.

Aida64 is designed to pump as much heat into your cpu as possible. in a real world situation you should be golden with that cooler
