Hey guys. My friend wanted me to help her with planning a new build however I am not the best at low budget builds. She needs monitor and keyboard, and I dont think she has ethernet so a WiFi card will be needed. As the title states she has a budget of 600 to 700 dollars. Oh and she likes blue. She mostly does light gaming like terraria and stuff but I think she is wanting to get into gta v and stuff. Any help is appreciated as always. Thanks guys and gals
