Handbrake audio cracking/popping

Hi,

 

I've currently been trying to lower the files of my videos files in Handbrake for a more universal and portable file size. But I keep en-counting the same issue with the audio cracking and alot of static. I've played around with the Audio bit rates like from 128-320 and still same problem. I've also checked the original video and its sound perfect so its nothing wrong with the original footage/video file. So I've come to the conclusion that it could be something to do with 5.1 channel audio support or a bug in the application.

 

Any solutions, suggestions or guides would be much appreciate.
