Does anyone know of a decent Cherry MX Red or Brown keyboard with Cherry Stabilizers on the large keys instead of the typical Costar ones? I know the K95 uses them but it's a bit out of my budget.

I hate having to pull out and clean and then put keys back like the spacebar or enter key. It's so annoying and I really don't feel like "re-lubing" my keyboard. I'd rather have those rubber Cherry-MX Stem stabilizers that allow me to pop the key on and off just like any other key.

I've been using the good old CM QuickFire TK with MX blues for a year now and the price when I bought it was really cheap like 100$. I'm sure you can pick it up for much less these days. You can for sure look at some older Cherry MX keyboards.

The QuickFire TK has Cherry Stabilizers? Also if I do go that route I'll miss my trusty numpad :( the XT seems to be out almost everywhere

Oh yeah sorry, I'm on a mac so I don't use the numpad but it has the numpad only thing is that its sharing it with home/end/del... and arrow keys. Yeah Quickfire XT should be good. You might be able to find these old keyboards in local PC shops ( ones without online ordering ) if there is one close by just drop in and see :)

You could also buy a seperate numpad if you want to instead of having a full keyboard so you can just plop in and out when you need it or nah

Selling a MSI GTX 550ti in stockholm sweden or looking for free pc parts in Stockholm sweden
