Youtube tearing?

I have noticed on the desktop version of youtube the videos has tons of tearing?  Did anyone see this?

Would v-sync work in this case? or just for games?

Is your display running at 60Hz or 59Hz?

V-sync would probably kick it down to 30fps, no idea if that would help.

And i haven't experiened any tearing btw... Maybe unhappy graphics card?

60, I have intel hd 4400 and a built in monitor if that gives any info

Have you installed the driver for it? Intel provides specific gpu drivers for it.

When you watch a video, does the load increase on GPU or CPU?

And does taking down the video resolution help?
