If your side panel is held on with screws, Those would be the same size screws you would need for your video card bracket.  In a pinch, just use 1 screw to hold your side panel on and the other to support the graphics card.

Assuming his location is correct. it'd probably be more economical to drive to pc world considering the US is a few hour flight away :P
