There is an RSS feed available on this page: https://linustechtips.com/main/discover/unread/

You can even create a custom stream so it shows you only what you specifically want.

How do I do that? I don't want an RSS on EVERY posts. I just want Tech News and General Discussion

Under the header is an "Edit this stream" link, click that and you can decide on what it should show, save it as a new stream and get the RSS link for that.
