G402 has an optical sensor, while the Sensei Raw has a laser sensor. Laser sensors have build-in prediction which might be an issue for some people. The shape of the Sensei suggests claw grip and it's ambidextrous. The G402 supports more grip types, has more buttons and a rubberised surface, while the Sensei Raw Heat is glossy.

I'd suggest trying them, because we can't tell which one is more comfortable to you or if you mind slight acceleration. From a technical standpoint, the G402 is better, but comfort is way more important.
