I finally found the setting to change the vRAM in my BIOS... it was under peripherals for fucks sake. At least I had the manual. Now I don't have to worry about dual graphics limiting my discrete card's vRAM.

Because there was a whole section of the BIOS for my iGPU, but the vRAM was under peripheral.
