Windows Store Glitch

Trying to buy tombraider for 9$ on the windows store and on my desktop it says "To use this app, upgrade to latest version of windows."

I'm on the latest version of windows, any ideas?

Make sure you have all updates installed and the time is set correctly on your PC, if both of these are in check then it looks like you are victim to the usual Windows Store glitch, which I don't have a solution for. I avoid the Windows Store at all costs since in my experience, it breaks all the time.
