PCI/ BACK IO PROBLEM

Hey, i am building a pc from scratch and was wondering if there is a PCI rack or complete back panel including a space for an io shield that i can use instead of having to make the back panel completely as i dont think i could create a back io and pci to the degree of precision that would be required to make the graphics card and io fit.
