Will this memory be compatible with my pc?

Well, in short will they work?
I just don't want to take any risks here.
Why would your PC not be able to make them work? There is no reason for it.
Your motherboard has like any other motherboard a compatibility range for RAM and usually it looks something like this:
4x DDR3 DIMM, dual PC3-24000U/DDR3-3000 (OC) - (MSI Z97-G43)
Your motherboard only needs to support the DDR3 standard to make the RAM work, which it does cause you are already running DDR3 RAM.
The speed doesn't matter, because first of all you can adjust the speed anways and second of all you ordered 1600Mhz RAM, which is the Intel standard for DDR3 RAM, which is supported by all Xeon and Intel Core platforms.
