hyper tx3 for overclocking?

the 212 evo would be better.

You can overclock on that cooler(I have with a fx6100), but a 212 evo will be better. I would see what you can do on the TX3 first, then decide on a better cooler once you reach a max.

Just to alert you:

The CRYORIG H7 Would also serve you just as well as the 212 evo, but is a little shorter and looks differently if that's your thing.  (costs similarly too.)

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

That cooler looks nice but i don't think its available in Canada.
