Flickering

Happens on both my TV and my BenQ 2730z

Happens mainly inside open windows

Happens with Both my 770 and Fury X

Does not Happen during a Memory, CPU, or GPU stress test.

Does not only happen when scrolling really fast, pretty much any movement can use it.

 

What do you guys think?
