It is a nightmare printing from Google Docs.

Friends of mine used it during school and had nightmares printing from it.

I said, 'You're gonna have to put it into a Word document', simply because the browser we were using is TERRIBLE and couldn't detect our printers.

i use google drive for all of my schoolwork. It's incredibly convenient because i just have to sign into chrome and i can access all of my schoolwork since high school. I'll only use MS office if i need specially formatted documents or to use excel, google sheets is still not that great.

I use google drive and find it great, and it allows me to access it from anyware as it is all stored in Google drive. MS office has a lot more features but google docs should be ok for most people.

I have been using the microsoft office suite for as long as I can remember, so I have never had the need to use google docs. I always thought it was a watered down version of word, however I have seen people make very professional looking documents on it, so I was mistaken.

I feel that word would be better if you are working on a personal document, however docs is much better if it is a group effort, as the "synced typing" is a very handy feature.

You also need to remember that the office suite costs money, and docs is free.
