Microphone help pls!

Hi all.I'm using an LCD display and hdmi cable to connect it to my video card.I'm using the display speakers.So the problem is whenever i speak on Skype or Teamspeak or any other program for comunicating with people my microphone picks up the sound of the speakers.It's not my microphone since when i first build the PC i had no problems but after few Realtek  and Windows updates the problem appeared.Thank you for your help in advance.
