The only earbuds I've ever used were the original apple ones, and the newer ones. I quite enjoyed the apple earbuds that came with the new iphones, they were comfortable, and had good audio quality, and a big bonus was the shape allowed me to lay down and not have the earbud be pushed into my ear. Another thing I like is I like having my audio private, just because im listening to my music doesn't mean everyone else should too (especially when im using earbuds) My apple earbuds were destroyed recently and I've been stuck with the older apple earbuds which aren't great sound and I can't lay down with them.

Quick search had the apple ones at around $13. Are there are better earbuds out there that fit what I would like and have matching audio quality that are $10-20? I'm not an audio person so I have no idea what the best brands are and whats worth the money and what isn't. Its also worth mentioning I already have a headset, im just looking for a separate pair of earbuds I can easily carry with me.

I also like to use the apple earpods because they are basically the most comfortable pair of headphones I own because they simply disappear for me.

I recently gave into the hype over at head-fi and decided to buy a pair of these.

I'm still waiting for them to be delivered, they are shipping from china after all.

From the reviews, they appear to actually extend quite a bit into the bass at least when compared to other earbuds and generally sounds fun.

If you don't want to wait like me, maybe these will work.

Best earbuds I've ever owned.

I've been using these for about 5 years now with multiple pairs because of the quality, the bass is really crisp and at that price I can afford to replace them when they break. They also come with a case and multiple size squidges.

Just wanted to say I ended up trying the Creative EP-630s ( https://www.amazon.com/Creative-Labs-51MZ0085AA030-EP-630-Earphones/dp/B002EL4MXY ) and they were fantastic. Better than apple earbuds, very comfortable, very incognito in their design, and very comfortable. I had them since a day after someone recommended them until a few days ago when they were stolen from me. I'll likely be buying another pair as they surprised me with their quality.
