Too many notification

Probably you've tried to do notification system similar to facebook's once... But when someone reply to a post on a forum and I"m on the website i see the notificstion badge but also the notification on the screen and if i click i can reply immediatly but i still have the notification "unread" on the top... (Tested on iPad running iOS9.2)

Are you saying that when you click the notification (either the browser desktop notification or the popup that appears on the page), it doesn't mark it as read in the notification list? If so, we're aware, but there's nothing we can do about it unfortunately.

It may be fixed by the forum software developers at some point in the future though - several sites have brought it up with them.

Oh I thought that was an error and I've posted this for help you because sometimes is difficult even to search for bug in a website (i know i'm a developer). Maybe is an error of my browser but it doesn't matter a lot. Anyway I meant that I see the badge on the top near the bell and also a pop-up down in the left corner, if i press this it redirect me to the page of the post (in the case the notification was for a reply on a post for example) and after when I'm on the site the notification won't be marked as unread.
