Have you tried formatting it in another format, like FAT32? thats what my drive is formatted to and i can read and write to it no proble, you can do so by right clicking on the drive, click properties and you should find a format tab and select FAT32 instead of NTSF

Ok I have a question: I can't have acces to my usb drive (kingston 8GB) because is "locked" in read only mode... I've tried many things but i can't solve this problem... Anyone could help me?
The volume is formatted in NTFS partition with windows.

When all spare blockes are used up the drive goes in read only mode to pretect data. but this usually only happens with very old, super cheap or permanently used usb drives.
