Change Display Name?

I recently decided it would be a good idea to sync all my usernames for my twitter, steam, etc. So how do I change my display name, I can't find it in account settings?

You would have to get in touch with a moderator for that. They generally only grant one to users who have names they really should not have.

But try sending a PM to a moderator. But remember that it could take a while to get a reply right now, since the new forum is still very new.
