AMD Driver has stopped responding

So I have been having a lot of trouble. I play Fallout 4, everything is good for about 10 minutes (I was once able to get about 15 minutes once lol) until it crashes and says AMD Driver has stopped responding and has fully recovered. I've tried everything, turning down my overclocks to stock, lowering graphics settings to minimal, running as admin, running as windows 7, 8 and 10, ect. But it still crashes. Does anyone in the community know how to fix this problem?

 

My PC Specs - 

 AMD Athlon X4 750k Stock Cooler

 AMD Radeon R9 270

 Western Digital Blue 1TB

 Windows 10 Pro

 All updated drivers

 

 

 

PC Specs   - Black and White Build

    Intel Core i5 4690k MSI Z97S Krait LGA 1150

    Crucial Ballistix Sport 1x8GB 1600MHZ

    Sapphire Radeon R9 270 (Will be upgrading this soon)

    EVGA 500W PSU

i know there was a issue with FO4 and AMD drivers, especially with the compass. The 16.1 hot fix should of fixed it from what I read.. try it out

 

I posted this link cause it was the only way I got the hotfix to work... had to rip out ethernet cable then open the download!
