Static Pressure fan

EdInk

Is it ideal to have static pressure fans in push/pull? if SP fans are for how hard air can be pushed then I guess they aren't really efficient at pulling air. Where will they be good for push/pull?

The fan blades are pulling air from behind them and pushing it forward.

Pressure fans work great in both push or pull, but do tend to be marginally better in push compared to pull since most times they don't make a good seal around rads or heatsinks so not all the air is drawn through the fins.

Bearing this in mind, a better optimised solution is having SP fans in push and AF fans in pull.
