build my first system, using A10 7700k kaveri quad core, need to know what kind of chipset to buy if it matters, but i am building budget so keep that in mind

Yes. However, a vast majority of A68 motherboards support Kaveri out of the box. I know most of Gigabyte's FM2+ boards support Kaveri OotB.
