I was using my new Zowie FK2 on CS:GO and I was changing my settings to left handed by holding down buttons and plugging the mouse in at the same time, it was only when I decided to change back to right handed the problem occurred. I held down the buttons and plugged it in, but no lights turned on, windows recognised a device being plugged and made a sound, and the mouse is present when I look in devices and goes when I unplug it, however the mouse no longer let me move the cursor on my PC. I have tried a reboot and changing ports on either side of my PC, I also tried my old mouse what still works in a port the Zowie didn't. One odd thing is the sensor on the bottom is dimly lit and when it's first plugged in the DPI button lights up for half a second.

The fact that the computer recognises it most likely means it has nothing to do with the connection or any of that sort. It may be a case of when you were changing the setting within the mouse, it somehow got corrupt or just malfunctioned. It is very possible that your mouse is "bricked" (that is so weird to say) and you may need to get an RMA.
