Any VRAM stressing gpu benchmark?

I need something to test the stability of my vram as I am suspecting it to cause crashes in games. 

 

Any benchmarks that are really heavy on vram usage?

Just run Valley/3D Mark FireStrike with and without VRAM overclock, it should determine whether it's the issue here or not

How long should i run the benchmarks?

One or two complete runs of firestrike and 20 min of valley should suffice
