Cable replacment

Hi,

i need a new cable and adaptor for my HD598 because the stock one is huge 

so i tought about this one:

is this the good one?
the audio quality can be damaged?
is there a close in the cable to the headphones (the lock thing) ?

What you also could do is buying it on the sennheiser shop itself for 13 dollars: http://en-us.sennheiser.com/audio-headphones-high-end-surround-sound-hd-598 under Accessories.

I think there is already an 6.3mm jack plug on it.
