TX650w Worth it?

Hey guys, I was surfing the web on craigslist when I found this PSU: http://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/sop/5368789616.html

He's asking 40$, but I think he'll do 30$, but my question is, Is it worth it? And whats the difference between this PSU and this one: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/tx-series-tx650-80-plus-bronze-certified-650-watt-high-performance-power-supply

I wouldn't buy a TX. For any price. Some of the higher end Corsairs, EVGAs, Seasonics, XFXs are much, much better

What? TX were pretty damn good when they were released, especially the V2s.

40$ is still a good price for a TX650 brand new.
