nvidia skylake build!

Hi, im looking for a gaming pc that costs $1600 USD and preferably has intel's new skylake cpu, a nvidia 970 is also preferable and includes a decent monitor. I also like the phanteks evolv atx case so if you could factor that in would be great. I haven't been able to realistically meet that budget with my own planning but i hope you guys can come up with something! thank you for your time.

Why a 970?

If you really need shadowplay or nvidia shield go for the 970 otherwise a r9 390 would do a bit better

With that budget you could get a 980!

was also looking at the Asus PB278Q 60Hz 27.0" Monitor and think its badass, any way to fit it or am i biting more than i can chew here?

The sellers have multi-use keys e.g for unis ect, you contact them and purchase it for about £30-40 i think. But only buy from mods of the sub-reddit not just anyone
