old build and new gpu

Im building new pc for now i have purchased gtx980ti. Next month i will receive all my parts

I want to ask you doest it is safe to install the gpu on my old pc till i finished building my new pc

Spec are 

Motherboard asus m5a97 r2.0

ram Kingston 8 gb

power supply - force 600w dr-8600btx

cpu amd athlon 2 x4 640

Not with that PSU, no.

BOINC Setup:
i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i3 2330M @ Stock

i5 3210M @ Stock
